Technos: CTEI™ Imaging

The multi-disciplinary imaging features of the Technos are greatly enhanced by the use of Contrast Tissue Enhancement Imaging (CTEI™ optional module) for contrast specific imaging.

The new technology applies to the behavior of the microbubbles able to pass through the lung capillaries and enhance the tissues of the organs being examined, making diagnosis easier. CnTI™ Imaging (Contrast Tuned Imaging), C3-Mode™ Imaging (Combined Contrast Chain) and Time/Intensity Analysis modes are dedicated to the most advanced Ultrasound Contrast Agent (USCA) applications, to keep in line with the latest technological developments.

The new CTEI, Contrast Tissue Enhancement Imaging optional module has dedicated hardware and software to support any kind of advanced application with contrast agents, aimed at meeting any new technological demands.

The possibility of processing B/W, Color or Power Doppler signals obtained by injecting a contrast medium solution and the ability to adapt to the different characteristics of the current and next generation of contrast media will allow you to achieve extremely high performance whenever needed.

The performance provided by Contrast Media Management can significantly increase your diagnostic capability and change your way of making diagnoses: the contrast agents are stimulated with special procedures in order to exploit different physical reactions, helping you to depict and characterize lesions otherwise not identifiable. For instance, in the liver parenchyma, even tiny hypovascularized lesions in the deep field can be enhanced by contrast medium highlighting.
