Very High Frequency Sonography (VHFS) is a truly new diagnostic opportunity in the ultrasound field. 

VHFS provides ultrasound scanning with B-Mode and Color Doppler imaging as never seen before, thanks to its extremely precise border delineation and the amazing spatial resolution of the organ or pathology being examined.

With frequencies higher than 14 MHz, which provide improved image quality and advanced technical performance, physicians' expectations have been exceeded: VHFS has overcome a barrier in routine clinical ultrasound that was previously considered insurmountable!

The new linear probes, created with particular attention especially to its advanced ergonomic features (shape, weight and size) and extremely fine image quality, will have an extremely positive impact on your daily work. The new range of multilayer, low-impedance transducers now, as never before, represent the basic link of a chain that leads to superb quality imaging.

The advanced technology of the Technos Family products makes it possible to perform most of the VHFS applications with general purpose ultrasound equipment, obtaining the finest image quality.

VHFS allows both better visualization of the anatomical structures or pathologies already detected by conventional sonography and highlighting of new, normal and/or pathological semiologic characteristics using two-dimensional or Color Doppler features.

That's why VHFS noticeably improves sensitivity to slow blood flow conditions that constitute the principal vascular components of superficial tissues.
